Good day. Today's video Cause and Effect is on the topic of: Contrary winds whether they are physical or spiritual, cause waves of doubt and uncertainty; the effect of these waves is fear and unbelief even unto death. The thief (devil) comes to steal, kill and destroy; our Lord Jesus Christ came that we might have life and life more abundantly. The spiritual winds include doctrine, the cares of this life, the deceitfulness of riches, and lusts of other things that enter into the heart and choke the word of God (Mark 4:18-19) that was sown in your heart at the beginning of your salvation; and the truth of the gospel of Christ that has been preached unto you by HIS apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers which were given for the perfecting of the saints, the work of the ministry, and for the edifying of the body of Christ, until we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ: And that we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive (Ephesians 4:11-14). Ephesians 4:15-16 But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ: From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love. (KJV) There is “one” gospel (doctrine) of Christ that will keep us on the sure foundation firmly anchored (hope) to the Rock of our salvation, so that when the storms or trials of our faith come, we will not be moved. We will hold fast knowing the truth of the gospel and that God has not given us the spirit of fear, but of power and of love, and a sound mind (2Timothy 1:7). This is why it is so important that our faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God; and to seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness on a daily basis and allow the Holy Spirit, which we have been given, to lead and guide us into all truth (John 16:13-15). Because the work of righteousness shall be peace; and the effect of righteousness quietness and assurance forever (Isaiah 32:17-18). We will remain anchored in the hope of salvation, not focusing on the problems or storms of this life that are causing waves of doubt and confusion stirring up fear and unbelief, but keeping our focus on the Lord Jesus Christ our sure foundation that will hold up to the waves, giving us strength and wisdom with which he too rebuked the winds and spoke unto the sea, “peace be still”, and calmed the waves and immediately safety was brought forth. And concerning doctrine, many in the Church are tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine (cause), by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive; these winds of doctrine cause waves of doubt and uncertainty in what is truth, and they can lead to fear and unbelief (effect) in one’s walk in the Spirit if they allow it to enter into their heart. Knowing the truth that is in Jesus (Christ – Ephesians 4:20-21) will set you free and keep you free indeed; it will calm the contrary doctrinal winds so you can hear the still small voice of God guiding you into all truth which will put you immediately on a Rock-solid foundation (1Corinthians 10:4, 1Corinthians 1:24, Colossians 1:27) which will keep your heart and mind through Christ Jesus. So, brethren, let us cast all our care unto God and let him do the caring for us, and continue in the faith grounded and settled, and not moved away from the hope of the gospel by contrary winds of doctrine which are not of God, but of men, doctrines of devils that lie in wait to deceive (1Timothy 4:1-6) which will have a negative effect on you and your salvation. Psalm 55:22 Cast thy burden upon the LORD, and he shall sustain thee: he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved. (KJV) God bless and keep the faith. Good day. Today's video A Mighty God is on the topic of: Psalm 50:1 The mighty (strength, power, Almighty) God, even the LORD, hath spoken, and called the earth from the rising of the sun unto the going down thereof. (KJV) We have a mighty God who has in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he has appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds; and has provided the deliverance from this present evil world through his Son Christ Jesus; but it is up to each of us to work out our own salvation with fear and trembling that we may stand perfect and complete in all his will, and that we might be made the righteousness of God in him (2 Corinthians 5:19-21). Remember, our Lord Jesus Christ came that we might have life, and that we might have it more abundantly (John 10:10); it is your choice if you want a more abundant life that is only in him. The witness of God is greater than that of men; and this is the witness that he has given to us which he has testified of his Son: He that believes on the Son of God has the witness in himself: he that believes not God has made him a liar, because he believes not the record that God gave of his Son. And this is the record, that God has given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son (1John 5:9-11). John 17:1-3 These words spake Jesus, and lifted up his eyes to heaven, and said, Father, the hour is come; glorify thy Son, that thy Son also may glorify thee: As thou hast given him power over all flesh, that he should give eternal life to as many as thou hast given him. And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent. (KJV) Brethren, many are called, but few are chosen because few choose to know the only true God and Jesus Christ whom he sent. He that has the Son has life; and he that has not the Son of God has not life (1John 5:12). So, our might (may be able) leads to uncertainty, possibly unto eternal death; His might (strength, ability, power) leads to eternal life, and this life is in his Son. It’s up to you to know. God bless and keep the faith. Good day. Today's video The Latter End is on the topic of: The latter end of our salvation is at hand. Today is the day of salvation, now is the accepted time; and one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day and we do not know the day nor the hour when the Son of man shall come; but do know, he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved (Mark 13:13). It's not how we begin in the Spirit, but how we continue in the faith grounded and settled to the latter end our salvation. Romans 13:11 And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep: for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed. (KJV) 2 Peter 3:9-14 The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up. Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness, Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat? Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness. Wherefore, beloved, seeing that ye look for such things, be diligent that ye may be found of him in peace, without spot, and blameless. (KJV) Hebrews 2:1-3 Therefore we ought to give the more earnest heed to the things which we have heard, lest at any time we should let them slip (to flow by, carelessly pass). For if the word spoken by angels was stedfast, and every transgression and disobedience received a just recompence of reward; How shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation; which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed unto us by them that heard him; (KJV) Therefore - Because God has spoken to us by his Son; and because that Son is so great and glorious a personage; and because the subject which is addressed to us is of such infinite importance to our welfare. We ought to give the more earnest heed - We should hear the doctrine of Christ with care, candour, and deep concern. Lest at any time we should let them slip - Μη ποτε παραρρυωμεν "Lest at any time we should leak out." This is a metaphor taken from unstanch vessels; the staves not being close together, the fluid put into them leaks through the chinks and crevices. Superficial hearers lose the benefit of the word preached, as the unseasoned vessel does its fluid; nor can any one hear to the saving of his soul, unless he give most earnest heed, which he will not do unless he consider the dignity of the speaker, the importance of the subject, and the absolute necessity of the salvation of his soul. St. Chrysostom renders it μη ποτε απολωμεθαεκπεσωμεν, lest we perish, lest we fall away. (from Adam Clarke Commentary – Hebrews 2:1) Beloved brethren, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling; run your race with patience enduring to the end, receiving the end of your faith, even the salvation of your souls. And we desire that every one of you show the same diligence to the full assurance of hope unto the end, overcoming the wicked one, knowing that the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perishes, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ. Ecclesiastes 12:13-14 Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man. For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil. (KJV) Better is the end of a thing than the beginning thereof. So, hold fast the profession of faith without wavering, for you shall reap eternal life if you faint not. God bless and keep the faith. Good day. Today's video Forged in Fire is on the topic of: Think it not strange concerning the fiery trial that is to try (discipline, prove, tempt) you. We are forged in fire on a daily basis; whether it be chastening (correction) of the Lord for our good or temptations placed in our path by the enemy, our adversary the devil, or in tribulations, afflictions, and persecutions; how will we respond? Will we respond in the Spirit holding fast the profession of faith, seeking first the wisdom from above so we are able to rightly dividing the word of truth and discern between good and evil, that we may know where the fiery trial is coming from; or will we react in the flesh, leaning to our own understanding and wither in the time of trial, not knowing the truth of where the fiery trial is coming from? The trial of our faith works patience (constancy, endurance, patient continuance); so, let patience have her perfect work, that you may be perfect and entire, wanting or lacking nothing (James 1:3-4). Character is forged not only in good times, but in times of trial (testing, proving, trustworthiness) as well; how are you going to handle the trials? And our God is a consuming fire (Hebrews 12:29); he wants to purify us through the truth, his word is truth; and his word is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart (Hebrews 4:12). He will prove the thoughts and intents of our heart whether it be good or bad, for or against him; and he will bring correction for our good if we are willing and obedient to hear and receive it. Our Lord learned obedience by the things which he suffered (Hebrews 5:5-10) and it is the same for us. No chastening for the present seems to be joyous, but grievous: nevertheless afterward it yields the peaceable fruit of righteousness unto them which are exercised (trained) thereby (Hebrews 12:6-13). 1 Corinthians 3:11-15 For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ. Now if any man build upon this foundation gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, stubble; Every man's work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man's work of what sort it is. If any man's work abide which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward. If any man's work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire. (KJV) So, brethren, we can patiently and faithfully endure all things through Christ who strengthens us and suffer for righteousness’ sake being forged in fire by God our Father for our good, or we can suffer for unrighteousness because we did not endure the fiery trials in faith and patience, and thus suffer the consequences, even that of being condemned to the lake of fire, eternal damnation; which fiery trial do you want to suffer for? God bless and keep the faith. Good day. Today's video It's All Good is on the topic of: Everyone lies; It's all good in Christ when we accept and partake of all things that we have been given access too by and through Jesus Christ. Our Father through his Son has provided everything needed for our salvation. When you were born again you received the measure or fullness of the gift of Christ; nothing was left out, it was a complete anointing of the Holy Spirit given in earnest until our adoption into the family of God is finalized at the judgement seat of Christ. Do know this brethren, that all scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works (2 Timothy 3:16-17). As well as that in Christ dwells all the fulness of the Godhead bodily; and you are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power (Colossians 2:9-10). So, beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ (Colossians 2:8). For we are made partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence stedfast unto the end (Hebrews 3:14). So, to all that have obtained like precious faith with us through the righteousness of God and our Saviour Jesus Christ, it's all good. Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord, according as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue. God bless and keep the faith.
